Chris Mays
Founder
Chris is a decorated Marine Corps Lieutenant Colonel (Ret), whose last assignment was the Commanding Officer of Combat Logistics Battalion – 15, before retiring in 2021 with over 20 years of military service. He participated in multiple combat deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan, while also deploying to Africa, Asia, South America, and aboard Navy Amphibious Ships. He possesses a multitude of logistical experience ranging from logistics combat patrol convoys with 10 to 120 vehicles, to running airfields, ports, beaches, and other multimodal terminals. His experience operating, maintaining equipment, and training motor transport operators establishes a robust foundation upon which we operate Mays Logistics Group.

Rob Mays
Founder
Rob is a highly accomplished business owner with more than 30 years of experience in the automotive industry. His expertise spans auto collision repair, mechanical repair, and automotive shipping and transportation. Rob's extensive knowledge and skills in business and operations play a crucial role in our success, enabling us to provide exceptional service to our clients. His partnership adds greatly to our well-prepared and dynamic vision for operational excellence in the transportation landscape.

Matthew Mays
Operations
Matthew served as an 0311 "Grunt" in the United States Marine Corps achieving the rank of Corporal during his four years of service to our nation. He deployed twice while a member of 2nd Battalion, 5th Marines "Retreat Hell", once in support of Operation Inherent Resolve to the Middle East and also with the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit to the Asia Pacific. He held every billet in the Marine Rifle Squad to include Squad Leader. He currently serves as the chief dispatcher for MLG.
